Ordering and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown for every size and finish before you add a piece to your cart. Payment is handled securely by Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and pay-over-time options where offered. Any shipping charge or tax that applies is shown before you confirm, and nothing is charged until you do. Card details never reach this website.
After your order you receive a confirmation by email. If anything about it is wrong, reply to that email and it comes straight to me.
Made to order, and shipping
- Nothing is held in stock. Every piece is made by hand to order, at your size and in your finish, then signed and numbered with its certificate.
- Allow about two to three weeks from order to delivery.
- Shipping is free across the USA and Canada. Every piece travels crated and insured.
- Delivery elsewhere in the world is possible. Email me and I will put a quote together.
If it arrives damaged
I replace it. Please email me as soon as you can with photographs of the piece and of the crate, and keep the packaging until we have sorted it out. You will not pay for the replacement or its delivery.
Returns
Because each piece is printed for you, at your size and in your finish, and signed into its edition when it is made, prints cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been made. If you are unsure, try the piece on your wall first, or email me before you order. I would far rather help you pick the right size than sell you the wrong one.
Lifetime warranty on acrylic
Every acrylic piece is made with a full acrylic backer and carries a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong with one, email me with photographs and I will make it right. Keep any print out of direct sunlight; that is the one thing that shortens the life of every finish.
Limited editions
Each photograph is printed in a limited edition, shown on its page, and each print is signed and numbered by hand. When an edition is complete it is not reprinted. The photographs remain the copyright of Justin Cooper; buying a print gives you the print, not the right to reproduce the image.
Privacy
I collect only what is needed to make and deliver your order, answer your messages, and send the occasional email you asked for. I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- Orders: your name, email, phone, billing and shipping address are collected by Stripe at checkout and shared with me so the piece can be made and delivered. Your card details stay with Stripe.
- Messages: what you send through the contact form reaches me by email, and a copy is kept so no enquiry is lost.
- The email list: if you sign up, your address is kept so I can send new work. Every list email can be unsubscribed from, or reply and I will remove you.
- Visits: the site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Your cart and a few display preferences are saved in your own browser, not on a server.
- Your information, your call: email Justin@theartoftravels.net to see, correct or delete what I hold about you.
