Bad Moon Rising
A fine art photograph by Justin Cooper
The ultimate collaboration of preparation and luck. As the super blood moon came up over the snowy caps it was immediately apparent that this was a special night. The kind you can calculate to the minute months ahead and still be wholly unprepared for when it finally clears the ridge. I found what balance I could out on the floating trees and held my breath to stop the shake. What I was given in return is the most unusual Canadian landscape I have ever made.
