Textured glass has always been among my favorite things to look at closely. This particular swirl was made with nothing but the ambient light that abstracted itself as it came through. No lamp, no trick, no addition of any kind. Beautiful, and calming, and entirely accidental. The unknown is where I have always wanted to point a camera: the textures and lights sitting in plain view in ordinary life, which nobody has ever bothered to look at.
