Limited Edition
Every Color
A fine art photograph by Justin Cooper
The old Hill Street police station in Singapore, with its nine hundred and twenty-seven windows painted through the entire spectrum. I shot it flat on, deliberately, so that the building gives up being a building altogether and becomes a chart of every color anybody has ever agreed on. Somebody signed off on that. Somebody sat in an office and decided that a police station should look like this, and was right.
