Frame of Life
A fine art photograph by Justin Cooper
An empty picture frame standing out on the Coney Island boardwalk in the cold, the ocean behind it, and a man walking past with his hands in his pockets who has decided not to look. Somebody put that frame there on purpose, which is funny. What is funnier is that it works. The sky inside it is a better sky than the sky either side of it, for no reason at all. The frame is doing its job. Everything inside it happens to be real.
